I'm not happy with Groupon right now. I'm trying to return a purchase that turned out to be not as advertised. I'm following the directions on how to return a purchase, but I can't find where to print the prepaid mailing label. Tried to call no answer, live chat not available. My return days are running out. Seriously, am I just suppose to give up, and keep the damn phone that costed me a lot of money that isn't working?
