I ordered slippers VIA SEARS WEBSITE and just walked around my carpeted apartment for a minute. They did not fit right so I spent a week trying to find out how to return them (NO PACKING SLIP OR RETURN LABEL with product) Beware of shoebox.com as well as Sears. They refused to accept them, stating they do not deal with Sears. (looks like collusion to me) I again called Sears Customer Service today They would not give me their (Sears) return address. I hung up on them. class action suit?
