I've never had a problem dealing with sears before now. Ive spent tens of thousands of dollars at sears in the past 20 years. I will never set foot in there again. As well, I will also get all family and friends to stop going there. I have very loyal friends and family and this will not be a problem. I'm buying a new riding lawn mower and was going to purchase it through them. NOT NOW. <br /> This is all over a defective current tester that only cost $25. All I wanted was an exchange. Only 5 days after their new 30 day return policy, I was told there was nothing they could do. Not to mention, I was made to feel like I was trying to take advantage of them and steal. <br /> There's plenty of other companies that I will give a try. Good luck staying in business.
