I returned to you merchandise on 3/22/16 This is not the 23 of April and you have have not issued me a fefund. I called UPS and Avon rep Nevzil signed for the return. You have had one months period of time. If the refund is not issued immediately I will call consumer protection and notify the attorney general on this situation. Your representative would not help me. In fact, she does not reply back to my emails. Horrible representative you have.
