We bought two new phones from Virgin Mobile who we've been with since March of 2007. Unfortunately neither phone could get even one bar, so they were useless where we live. We returned the phones and received a refund not including shipping. The rub is we were charged $45/mo. for the new phone plans and they will not refund that money to us. I wish Richard Branson knew how his company is being run.<br /> <br /> Very disappointed loyal customer.
