I ordered a king-size comforter set, which arrived 8 days ago. The comforter is damaged, stitched so as to make it not possible for it to lay flat. I thought I might be able to use it in a spare bedroom, but it looks just really bad. Your returns information indicates that I can return it within 14 days of receipt, giving me 6 more days to return it. Your online information says 14 days from date of purchase; it wasn't even here by that date. I can't get a returns receipt. When I attempt to click on the arrow next to Track order, it says there is nothing to track (of course); in fact, it's not giving me Track Order, just Track Package, so I'm not sure its even putting me in the right place. I want to return the item and I want my money back, and I don't want to miss the deadline given on the paperwork while we muck around trying to fix this. Can you please help me, in a timely fashion? I'll stay nice and avoid profanity if you can.
