Samsung service is terrible! I have been trying to seek resolution regarding a TV purchased in June 14 and to this date - all I have received is the run around. My poor mother purchased a smart TV and that has been the worst decision of her life!<br /> <br /> I can't seem to get anyone to help - I recommend you never buy a Samsung product!
