I purchased 2 car chargers on 26/022015 from Groupon. One of the chargers is unfortunately broken. I rang this morning and spoke to an operator who informed me that as I had purchased 2 car chargers I had to return both ! 1 car charger is working perfectly so I don't want to return it. This seems ridiculous as they where individually priced I just bought 2. The operator did then offer me a refund but I couldn't have cash or the money back on my card it had to go into my Groupon account . This is unacceptable as I need to buy another car charger so want my money. The operator was most unhelpful so much so that I said I would no longer purchase from Groupon. The operator closed my account there and then. I've used a Groupon many times without issues. If I've had an issue they have solved it. I'm very disappointed at the outcome.
