I have recently ordered a vintage bike for my daughter. It is completely faulty and needs returning. However, when I go on the website and onto the item and click return, it is telling me it is a 'final sale' and I cannot return it. This, of course, is illegal. I have then looked at Groupon Global Good return policy which says I can, of course, return it, but then does not allow me to click on the item, get the return address and return it. Then the entire website does not allow me to email anyone about this process. It is terrible. I have made multiple purchases on Groupon and never had a problem, but this is the first time I have come to return something and the system is doing everything possible to stop me doing it. As I cannot contact Groupon, I will be reporting the website to Trading Standards and I will not be using it again. This was a Xmas present for my daughter and appears at present that the money will be lost. Groupon has also lost a valued customer due to lack of track. It is absolutely appalling to not be able to email or telephone Groupon in this event.
