I purchased two Somas pillows through Groupon on 8/26/14. After I had not received this item, I tracked the FedEx # and it said it was returned because of wrong address, which I feel sure I put in my correct address. I contacted Somas Pillows and was told that since I purchased it through Groupons that I needed to contact them but they would call and let them know that I would be contacting them. I have tried three different times and held on for 40 minutes each time. I am currently on hold and have been for 30 minutes this time. I have ordered from Groupon several times but no more. If you have a company you should answer quicker than 40 minutes or let person leave a phone # and have them call you.
