ive been a customer with virgin mobile for 1 1/2 years and they froze my account due to a phone they have not yet recieve from 1 year ago they have told me already 7 days in a row they they would uplifed the suspention and my phone would be turned back on they have told me this already 5 day in a row now they keep changing up there story and saying they are going to make an escalation for it to a higher person and still they keep saying different storys they are bad for their customer service its really dissapionting im pissed !!!!!! i have numerous of recording where different representatives have stated they would turn it on over and over agin so im sending it to corprate and better business buiro ASAP
