I had virgin mobile for about 2 months. Service was fine. Till they updated the towers in my area. Quit having service. Before that I payed for my month. Could only use my phone 2 days. Virgin mobile will not give me a refund for the $48 I payed for the month. They told me first time I would get a refund 7 till 10 days, They said since I used 50 mins for the month they will not refund me. Its their policy if u use more tham 25 mins no refund that's crazy. And is crazy I payed $48 for 50 some mins?? This cell phone provider is a rip off. The service sucks. The customer services takes for ever to talk to someone and half the time u cant understand them.
