Oakley Return Policy

Oakley strives to satisfy its customers by offering them quality products, great service and shipping that does not come with a return fee. If you are not pleased and you wish to return items you have bought from Oakley for a refund or exchange, please follow the steps outlined below:
  • Make your return within 90 days of making your purchase.
  • Provide a receipt or anything else that shows you made a valid purchase.
  • Read the disclaimer at the bottom of this page before making your return.
  • Email customercare@oakley.com or call 800-403-7449 for your return authorization number.
  • Once you get your RAN, return your item within 30 days.
  • Attach your return label onto your package if you are making a return by mail.
  • Carefully pack all merchandise, accessories and instruction documents.
  • Oakley is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
