Nike Returns and Refunds

Online Purchases

Nike's return policy allows for returns of shoes and clothing within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, shoes and clothing may only be returned if they are unworn and unwashed. Nike devices may also be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase, and they must be in unopened packaging if they are returned beyond 30 days of purchase.

The company will allow for return of any Nike product that a customer believes contains a manufacturing error. If a product has a defect in it, then it may be returned for up to two years from the original manufacturing date. The clothing or shoes should contain a tag that reflects the manufacturing date of the product. If a customer returns clothing or shoes that does not contain this tag, then the Nike company will research the product to determine whether it can find the original manufacturing date. Apple devices may also be returned within 90 days of the original shipment date. These devices should be left in unopened packaging.

Nike gift cards may not be returned. They also may not be cancelled after they have been purchased.

After a return, a refund will show up on a credit card billing statement within one or two cycles.

Nike sucks. Will not honor return because their own tag came off the shoes we returned because Velcro no longer held the shoes closed.

I have never heard of a company such as Nike being so inconsiderate to their loyal customers. I bought 160.00 sneakers july 11th and 2 weeks later there is a promo code for 20 percent off. They will not do a price adjustment or make any exceptions. Well Nike you lose because now I am returning the sneakers and instead of getting the 40 dollar credit you are getting the almost 170.00 loss in sale. No loyalty and will let everyone on social media know about this.

It is absolutely infuriating when a return is rejected and a refund is denied for wrong item that was sent from the Nike warehouse. I am so disappointed by Nike's handling of returns because they've denied my return for an item that they have sent in error. I don't understand how Nike issues a return policy and then deny a refund to a consumer even if he/she has followed and is well within the return guidelines. So much for streamlining the return process, Nike.
