KitchenAid Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at KitchenAid. With this in mind, returns and exchanges are both quick and convenient. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. You may also choose to replace the product at no additional cost apart from the return shipping. Along with your order, you should have received a packaging slip that features a user-friendly return section. Simply fill it out, and return the item in its original condition. You will receive credit for your purchase in approximately 7-10 business days.

Please be sure to send the package using a traceable method such as FedEx or UPS. KitchenAid will not be held responsible if receipt of the product cannot be authenticated.

At this time, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shortly thereafter, I noticed a pool of water on my wooden ...calls since not enough self stick foam panels were delivered to him initially. Unfortunately, that did not work since the ...manufactures and sells Kitchen Aid appliances. A Kitchen Aid representative returned the call on behalf of Mr. Jeff Fettig and said their policy regarding expensive appliances (I think I paid over $6,000), is to attempt to repair the appliance before replacing the unit, which is understandable. However, after nearly 17 months ...
