Estee Lauder Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with an item you bought on ESTEE LAUDER's web site, please return it to ESTEE LAUDER for a refund or exchange. You can speed up the process by taking the following measures
  • Send in your item in the original package it came in with the Return Merchandise/ Exchange section on your invoice completed.
  • Save a copy of your completed invoice in case ESTEE LAUDER needs to see it again.
  • Use UPS or a reputable Parcel service to mail in your merchandise.
  • Please allow for a time period of 7 to 10 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed.
  • Please call 877-311-3883 or send an email to: elonlineservice@esteelauder.com for any further assistance.
  • Please be ready to provide your email address and telephone number to the customer service department.
  • When you receive your package, please inspect it for possible damage.
  • Please do not discard any components of your package.

I ordered 3 tubes of Sumptuous Extreme Mascara. They arrived as expected but the mascara was thick, dry & lumpy. I'd received a sample which was wonderful, but the tubes I was sent seemed old. So disappointed!

Have used your products most of my adult life---loved all of them---only problem was this order--called directly and from the first, the order taker spoke so quickly I couldn't understand her--asked her twice to slow down, to no avail--I ordered products for dry skin, but rec'd "normal" skin products--love the free samples, but after listening carefully, and mentioning that I used neither make-up nor eye products, I was sent make-up remover and mascara--I'll keep what I recd since I'm traveling soon--but next time I'll call a second time if I can't communicate with your people--

...months I have been tested for foundation by three different Estee Lauder saleswomen. I purchased number one, was not...seems to work out just right. Once I returned an Estee Lauder eyeshadow base and the clerk was not very happy about it; said I was the only return of that product of those sold. By the way, I bought it from her at Macy's. I've always used Estee products (my uncle was an ...in the late 40's) and have been reluctant to return the foundations I am not happy with because of her ... just take the other two back and ask for an exchange? How do I handle this? I think I paid forty some dollars...
