Epson Return Policy

Quality at Epson is highly guaranteed. Its products come with a 30 day return for exchange or credit policy. This applies to purchases that are made directly from Epson's store and that do not satisfy the customer. However, there are special cases that are exempted from the policy.

One of them, is off course a case in which the returned goods are damaged or effective on the day they are returned. This is because such products cannot be restocked to be resold. There are also products which cannot enjoy the return policy. These include software downloads, opened items like software, closeout and refurbished products, projector lamp bulbs, paper or media packs, toner cartridges, cables and adapters.

Return instructions

For the policy to apply, the returned product should be new and in the original package that it was purchased in. All the accompaniment and accessories that it was purchased with should also be returned along with it. If the product is in any way damaged or incomplete, you will be liable to give Epson a 10% service charge that will be billed directly from your credit card.

To request for a return, you will need to have an authorization number and to follow the return instructions. There are two ways in which you can do this: You can either make a request online or call them from Monday to Friday between 6:00 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturday between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.

A representative will give you instructions which you will be required to follow for a successful return. To ensure that the package is delivered safely, return it within 7 days to Epson facility in Indiana, through a prepaid method that is ensured and traceable. Epson will not be liable for any damaged or lost goods during the transit period.

I had to return ink I bought for my Epson printer because before I got to use it I had to get a new Epson printer so the ink is no good to me. It seems like Epson does not want returns. They do everything in their power to make it a difficult experience...unlike other companies. Next printer won't be from Epson.

I wish I could get a refund for a faulty XL 220 BlLK ink cartridge. I was luck that I had purchased a backup one at the same time I purchased the faulty one. It's not that I'm a rich person and can give away money for trash. Ink Constipation was one of the reasons I came to Epsion for the individual color cartridges. Now I guess I will have to go searching again for a realalible printer and ink source.

Terrible terrible terrible. This is the worst. I ordered yesterday afternoon and this morning they are telling me that I cannot cancel. REALLY. Two phone calls. Now in 30 minutes will be call number 3. As they said I had to wait an hour. Probably so they can contact the warehouse to say it's already shipped. This is some kind of scam practice for sure. I will never order from the online Epson store ever again.

The return policy is pretty bad because the customer has to pay for shipping it back?! Come on now Epson, their are plenty of companies that pays for the shipping to the customer and back if the customer is dissatisfied.

I've had to call Epson's Customer Service three times regarding the refund of a hold on my credit card while they replaced my defective Workforce 630. First I was told the refund would take 24 hours to process, then on another occasion 24-72 hours to process. What really got me though is that each time I phoned in, I believe... is the way that many corporations have gone to reduce their expenses, Epson at least train your call center staff to be a COURTEOUS. ... windows 7. I wasted many hours. Now it will not print again. I just created a document, got up early to get work done and cannot print. extremely frustrating and if I keep having problems will exchange for a different brand. Hopefully it will be resolved today and for good.
